At $125 per golfer ($500 per 4-some), the Rod Haley Memorial Scramble provides a full day of premier golf, meals, drinks, and prize opportunities.

Drinks All Day

Complimentary drinks on the course and in the clubhouse all day long.

Lunch & Dinner

Full meal service provided for both morning and afternoon flights.

Meadow Lake Acres Country Club hosts dual shotgun starts to accommodate all participating teams.

Morning Flight (Shotgun Start)

Tee Off: 8:00 AM

Check-in opens prior to tee-off. Includes complimentary drinks, riding carts, lunch following the round, and automatic entry into an exclusive door prize drawing for all morning teams!

Afternoon Flight (Shotgun Start)

Tee Off: 12:30 PM

Afternoon shotgun start with all-day drinks on course, followed by post-round dinner and awards ceremonies.

Have questions regarding team entry, flight prizes, or sponsorships?

Entry is $125 per individual golfer or $500 per 4-person team. Cost covers 18 holes of golf with riding carts, flighted scramble competition with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each flight, mulligans, entry into Closest-to-the-Pin and Longest Drive contests, lunch, dinner, and drinks all day long! Plus, all morning teams are automatically entered into an exclusive door prize drawing.

We offer three distinct tiers:
  • Par Sponsor ($100): Hole sign on tee box + website ads.
  • Birdie Sponsor ($125): Hole sign + website and social media ads.
  • Eagle Sponsor ($250): All Birdie items + exclusive on-course tent spot on your hole + thank you recognition at the awards ceremony.

The scramble is held at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club with two shotgun starts: 8:00 AM (Morning Flight) and 12:30 PM (Afternoon Flight).
